Beth Dec is vice president of people for Sustainble Waste Systems, responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function. She joined Smart Waste Systems from Vail Resorts, where she served as the vice president of shared services and talent acquisition. Prior to Vail Resorts, she held people analytics, HR operations, and workforce enablement roles for GE Aviation. She spent 10 years at C&S Wholesale Grocers earlier in her career where she held various leadership roles in supply chain, automation enablement, and HR. Dec holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
