Regina Madigan

VP of Finance

Regina Madigan is vice president of finance for Sustainble Waste Systems, overseeing all finance and accounting functions at the company. She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, spanning publicly traded, private, and international corporations. Before joining AMP, Madigan was vice president of finance and controller for Paragon 28, where she was instrumental to the IPO process. Previously, she was divisional CFO for Medtronic’s $2B global neurosurgery business, and held finance leadership roles at Zimmer Biomet, Jarden Consumer Solutions, and ADT. She began her career in finance at the World Bank in Washington, DC, and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Madigan holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and Spanish from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Miami Herbert Business School. She is trilingual, and serves as a board member for Family Bridges Chicago, which focuses on developing resilient communities, and Laradon, which serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Colorado.
